Cindy Misiak

With more than thirty years of experience in human resources, Cindy Misiak brings strength in project management and problem solving to Power Presentations' programs. Her areas of expertise include policy development and interpretation, recruitment and hiring, job evaluation, salary and benefits administration, employee relations, and Equal Employment Opportunity/Affirmative Action Program and Family Medical Leave administration.
Cindy has honed her coaching and feedback skills through many years of performing individual and departmental assessments at one of America's Top Hospitals located in Northeast Ohio. These assessments have helped determine training needs, leading to the design, facilitation and evaluation of programs to enhance managerial and interpersonal development of clients. She has applied her experience toward her consulting role with Power Presentations since 1996.
Cindy earned her bachelor's degree from Baldwin-Wallace College. She lives in the Cleveland area with her husband and enjoys long walks, gardening and reading.
