With over twenty years of experience in Human Resources, Cindy brings strength in project management, problem solving and system development to support employee and management development. Specialty areas include recruitment/hiring, job evaluation, salary and benefits administration, employee relations, EEO/AAP program administration and policy development and interpretation. Coaching and feedback skills have been honed through many years of performing assessments to determine training needs and designing, conducting and evaluating programs to enhance managerial and interpersonal development of clients.  

Cindy earned a Bachelor's of Science degree from Baldwin-Wallace College. She lives in the Cleveland area with her husband and two sons and enjoys long walks, gardening, and reading.
