Doug Coffey

Doug Coffey's thirty-year career has been in private industry. He was a senior human resource executive with Fortune 100 and 500 organizations. He also served as the chief financial officer for a large retail department store where he led a major merger and consolidation. Doug was the senior human resource officer for Revco, where he was instrumental in completing numerous acquisitions, resulting in annual sales growth of nearly $4 billion over a five year period.
Doug was the management representative for the Revco Board of Directors' Human Resource Committee. In this capacity he developed compensation and incentive programs, benefits, and perquisites for 7,000 executives located in 14 states.
Doug's diverse background gave him the opportunity to serve as the chief operating officer for a large multi-location law firm specializing in labor law on behalf of management.
Doug and his wife now live in Florida and enjoy time in the Bahamas and Europe.
