With more than 18 years of diverse corporate experience, Ellie Johnson combines a rare combination of business acumen and interpersonal skills to take executive performance to the next level.
Since 1990, in industries including automotive finance, shipping and retail service, Ellie has consistently excelled in managing and coaching both individuals and teams. At a major automotive finance company, Ellie motivated and led her team of more than 40 individuals to consistently achieve the highest measured standards of success yet attained.
Ellie also applies her skills in the non-profit sector. As past president of a public art gallery, her leadership contributed to revenue increases of more than 30 percent in just three years. After the 2004 tsunami in Indonesia, Ellie was called upon by a major international humanitarian aid agency to recruit specialized aid workers. She has since become the director of development operations for the resource development division of the agency.
She earned her undergraduate degree in communications from Simon Fraser University and her master's degree from Marylhurst University. Ellie lives and works in Portland, Oregon, where she is an avid equestrian and gardener, and enjoys travel and the arts.
