Please read our Public Program Cancellation Policy 

You may cancel from a program or reschedule to a different program by telephone or email 30 days prior to the scheduled program date, with no program investment penalty. The program cost will be refunded to your credit card, less any credit card processing fees.

If you cancel from a program or reschedule to a different program date:

• 29-15 days prior to the program date: You will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. Your credit card will be credited for the remaining 50% of the program cost.
• 14-0 days prior to the program date: You will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee and you will not be eligible for a refund.

To avoid a cancellation fee, you may be replaced by someone else from your organization on your scheduled program date ONLY. Please call us at 440-526-4400 to provide the name and contact information of the person who will be replacing you in the program. You will be responsible for obtaining any reimbursement for the program cost from your replacement.

Please understand this cancellation policy is necessary to maintain the quality and availability of our program schedule.
