Libby Macomber

Account Manager, Consultant, Optimistic

Libby Macomber brings more than 12 years of experience in sales, training and management in the pharmaceutical and medical arena to Power Presentations.


Libby began her career in pharmaceutical sales working for the DuPont-Merck Pharmaceutical Company. She was quickly promoted to district trainer after receiving the Rookie of the Year award. Libby went on to receive the Director’s Club award and was promoted to CoumaCare Specialist and eventually became regional trainer. She was responsible for patient management and training for both internal staff and external customers on specific drugs and software use.


She then joined Daiichi Sankyo and was promoted to district manager, where she trained professional representatives and physicians to speak about endocrine and cardiovascular medicines. Libby was responsible for hiring, training, and managing more than 35 representatives. She also developed physician speakers at Northwestern University, The University of Chicago and Rush University.


More recently, Libby has found personal satisfaction from implementing high impact learning techniques to coach professionals in leadership development, sales training and business acumen. Libby received her bachelor’s degree in marketing from Western Illinois University and mastered in business administration at Keller Graduate School of Management. Libby resides in the Indianapolis area with her husband, daughter and son.
